So long. It’s been good to know you.

If Danny was sticking around, Steve likely wouldn’t be leaving.

When long-serving staffers take a hike from a political office it usually means others will follow, including the Old Man Hisself.

And when junior staffers get promoted to senior jobs, it’s the sign of an office not keen on renewal or reinvigoration.  Today’s announcement from the 8th floor screams of a crowd just killing time until the movers arrive.

as opposed to the junior staffers who may deserve a promotion and who could step into the job competently and without a great deal of orientation.
The hell with consistency, the hell with office promotion...the hell with junior staffers

Consistency is your forte Murph except when you are being inconsistent.

Nice to see you've fixed the spelling problem as well.

It's a pleasure to see you shift the discussion to things that have nothing to do with your comments. You are quite a master at it...it's an art that you have perfected quite well...Bravo

How are things over at Pap? Weighing in on anything today?

Sorry was that first bit one of your quotes of me somewhere?

i took your comment here as another one of those randomly cranky things you say that has nothing to do with anything other than your need to be, well, cranky.

Since your comment had nothing to do with anything - as more and more of them seem to lately - I figured you'd already wandered off into la La Land and wouldn't really notice the reference to your curious spelling problem.

the reference to your curious spelling problem

a curious spelling problem. I think you may have tossed and turned a little bit too much last night Eddie because I get the impression that my bad spelling is an element that makes you more paranoid than usual. You must remember that your curiousity has fueled your paranoia before. You must remember?? I believe you thought I was Steve once and you also thought that I was Peter posting anonomously. Wow, you must be doing paranoid sumersaults over my bad spelling.

Have you beeen comparing prose structure, common spelling mistakes and comment nuances? Have you been doing a Sherlock on how I am in fact another bad guy using another alias? Good luck with that Gryph...in the meantime you take on the day and continue your fight of bad guys

Cranky Pants Murphy

Oh, they're already here? Great, then.

When you write, you notice how other people write, especially when their spelling suddenly goes all screwy as yours did the other day. It just seemed odd like your sometimes criticisms of Danny are just a wee bit too shrill for normal people. It was almost like you were struggling to convince someone of something.

I mentioned your spelling in one sentence.

You've made it a couple of paragraphs. Methinks, thou dost protest a wee bit too much.

Perhaps the excessive amount of "wee" led you to believe there was a burst diaper, Anyong.
