If you wish to make a comment, you'll have to unmask. I'll happily publish comments from people with pseudonyms as long as I know who I am dealing with (and the comments aren't defamatory).
The comments policy in effect since Feb 28 is clearly stated at the right and is even right there above the space to enter a comment in the first place:
"Anonymous comments, including those from people using fake or apparently fake identities or profiles without contact information will not be published."

On a totally unrelated matter, when did/does CRA finish its fieldwork?
Likely finished already, but this sort of thing can hang around like a rotten fish smell.
