Last time the province’s health minister went out in public sans ‘stache, he came up with some explanation for it and grew the thing back.
After your humble e-scribbler pointed it out and someone asked him about it, of course.
So what happened this time?

Your fascination with Jerome’s moustache is more amusing than the absence of Jerome’s moustache. Just saying.
Well, it keeps appearing and disappearing. One year it's there. The next year - around the same time - it's gone.
Is it now Mebruary to go with Movember?
