From flightaware.com, the track log for CHI91.
Times shown are Eastern Daylight Savings time. To convert to local (Newfoundland and Labrador) time add one hour thirty minutes.
This data, which appears to come from Gander air traffic control centre, must be taken as preliminary and may be inaccurate. The Transportation Safety Board investigation will use data from several sources, including the onboard flight data recorders, to develop a complete and accurate picture of the flight.

Mr. Hollett: I am trying to get my head around this because any timings from Gander ATC would be in Greenwich Mean or its replacement. So, I think you are quite correct in saying this info may be inaccurate.
flightaware.com time sin the main screen are given in ZULU or universal co-ordinated time. Call it Greenwich.
On that page they give it as EDT for some reason. All you have to do to convert is add 1.5 hours.
When I do the conversion the times here are more detailed but not entirely inconsistent.
I'd venture if we had the JRCC data in ZULU we could make them work somewhat.
It really isn't a big issue for those of us not responsible for the investigation and no one should reading too much into this. As i noted in the post, TSB will have access to way more data and can correct any discrepancies accurately and with authority.
