Is Manitoba Hydro being guided by the same crowd who are currently pouring up Koolaid for Nalcor?
It makes you wonder. Both Hydro companies are developing power for so called export. (at a loss) And we the taxpayers pick up the tab. Sweet deal. Who cooked it up? Well, better
yet, who benefits?
